There’s nothing ever quiet on the Chopra front. The hustle is real, awe-inspiring and commendable on the personal and professional fronts. The global star from India, Priyanka Chopra has been in the news for all the right reasons – there’s her book Unfinished and her haircare line, Anomaly alongside a bunch of movies, one in particular with Sam Heughan that we’re dying to see. Recently, she and her husband, Nick Jonas have been raising awareness and asking donations for the #TogetherForIndia fund on @give_india, which has been successful. And now, on the professional front, she’s taking on the mantel of global ambassador and creative collaborator with one of the world’s oldest makeup labels, Maxfactor.

In an Instagram post, the star was introduced by the brand in a white cowl-neck dress wearing what we can see is the brand’s signature red, a lipstick in Cherry Kiss. Maxfactor left India a few years ago and came back in full force last year back to our stores and screens on Nykaa. If you were wondering about the products used on Chopra, Maxfactor kindly gave us the list. Here it goes and some are available in India #yay

It is a legacy brand and it’s nice to see a brown girl, an accomplished one like Priyanka Chopra not just being the face but being an ambassador and creative collaborator – we can’t wait to see what she brings to the table and which collections she headlines. Let’s not forget that when it comes to brands, Indian girls are finally taking global platforms, we had Nidhi Sunil for L’Oreal and Deepika for Levi’s. Here’s hoping there’s more to hope for in terms of inclusivity this year.
