COVID-19 and self-isolation have gotten us hooked to the digital medium– from cooking apps, colouring apps, and at-home yoga to bodyweight workout at home, online learning, and more. There is, however, no denying that it being constantly ‘tuned-in’ plays havoc on our stress and anxiety levels.
