There is, however, no denying that it being constantly ‘tuned-in’ plays havoc on our stress and anxiety levels. An award-winning host, storyteller, viral content creator and motivational speaker, Jay Shetty is a familiar face on the internet whether you are a regular podcast listener or not. His content revolves around mindfulness, sometimes bringing in celebrities like Alicia Keys on his show. Caroline Foran’s calm, soothing voice may be exactly what you need in this time of chaos. She’s the author of Owning It: Your Bullsh*t-Free Guide to Living with Anxiety, which she then translated into a podcast. She shares her personal story of experiencing anxiety since her early 20s, along with expert input to help you deal with anxiety. Dr. Laurie Santos is a Yale University professor of psychology and she implements evidence-based tools on dealing with anxiety.
