The Masque food truck is back. As one of Mumbai’s most innovative restaurants completes three years this month, they are bringing out their food truck once again, this time parked at Laxmi Mills and Lower Parel. With it, chef and co-founder Prateek Sadhu, known for his foraging trips to Ladakh and Kashmir from where he brings back fresh ingredients and recipes and gives them his own touch, will be serving a whole new menu. Think yak cheese tacos, pork katsu, soft serves, and more.
Sadhu shared on a recent Instagram post, “It is that time of the year which brings back truck loads of memories. Kick-starting my birthday month and our third year anniversary month @masquerestaurant. Speaking of truck loads, back in New York as a student @theculinaryinstituteofamerica, my dream first was to open a food truck with my best friend and then a restaurant.”
The Masque Food Truck will be stationed at Lodha World Towers from September 13-15, and will move to Godrej BKC from September 16-20. You can catch the treats being prepared at this moving kitchen between 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm on all days.
