Still undecided as to how to pamper your sibling this Rakhi? Well, nothing like food for some to bond over! We’ve picked out the best Rakhi brunches in Delhi and Mumbai to celebrate the festival tomorrow (or even over the long weekend).
There’s no doubt that nostalgia rings high this day. And an 80-year-old iconic restaurant that has had a makeover this year is ideal to reminisce all those fights, patch ups, support, and more. Anglo-Indian cuisine and favourites like Cheese Balls, kebabs, chaats etc will welcome you here.

If more in the café state of mind, Café Dori is where you need to head. There are plenty of European treats and beverages, though we’ve always rooted for the croffle (croissant + waffle). What’s even better, they have a tiny section for dog treats, so you can take your furry pet along and have them be a part of the fun as well.

Olive Bar & Kitchen
One can’t say brunch and not mention Olive Bar & Kitchen in the same breath. One of Delhi’s favourite places to brunch at, it’s perfect to visit now as they have launched an all-new menu only last week. So, familiar space, new memories – sounds like a setup that’ll mirror the equation between siblings.

If you wish to up the feel-good factor, Bombay Canteen is a no-brainer. As Rakhi falls on Independence Day this year, you can be a part of their I-Day ritual, i.e., a free feast. From 11:30 am to 3:30 pm they’ll be serving food at no cost, and you’re free to contribute whatever amount you like at the end of the meal (or not at all, if that’s what you prefer). And all the proceeds are utilised towards helping farmers and their families (last year they raised 20 lakhs). So, good food and good karma, makes for a great brunch.
