If you’ve heard, read, or seen news about the two-Michelin starred Nordic food mecca Noma and have always wished to dine there, your wait just might be over. Seven world renowned chefs, who’ve all trained at Noma, one the world’s best restaurants, are coming together to prepare one dinner in Gurugram.

Together at 12th in Gurugram is hosting the second edition of Chefs’ World Tour later this month, where the chefs will together prepare a nine-course dinner. The team of seven chef is made up by Julian of District Winery (Washington DC), Rahul of Masque (Mumbai), Tom of t’Nonnetje (Netherlands), Severi of Wilderness Guide (Finland), Marten of Pollevie (Netherlands), Sahil of Rooh (Chicago), and of course the resident chef of the restaurant, Vanshika Bhatia. And all of them have trained at Noma before going on to head the kitchens they run presently.

Chefs world tourEach one of them will create a dish that’s inspired by their country and at the same time also uses at least one local ingredient from India. As global cuisine takes over the tables across Delhi-NCR, this two-day dinner is a great way to celebrate the trend. “Together At 12th is committed to quality and providing the best experience to their patrons and in extending this endeavor we are hosting the Chefs World Tour.
