The name Blumenthal itself evokes so many feelings in Indians. For those addicted to his antics on Masterchef or his numerous TV shows, he’s a chef like no other. Known for his famous mind-boggling dishes that play with molecular gastronomy, Heston is the world-famous chef of The Fat Duck in Bray, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in the UK. His cuisine is whimsical and yet clever,  scientific and yet creative – that’s the magic he brings to the table. And we heard that there will be two exciting dinners curated by the chef – one in Delhi and one in Mumbai. The menu is as tight as it gets but there are whispers that he will be cooking through a live kitchen so one can catch up with his smart moves and his smarter culinary chops. Known for his lamb Scotch egg and pea mint soup, his Triple cooked chips, a beautiful and enchanting snail porridge and his very popular, bacon and egg ice cream, it’s all about having a multi-sensory experience with Heston. His Counting Sheep dessert had 19 elements and 84 ingredients – a feat like no other.

“I am really excited to visit India for Masters of Marriott with Marriott International. I look forward to discovering the culture and enjoying the cuisine. The country’s diverse culinary strength has always amazed me and I can’t wait to experience some authentic Indian dishes,” Blumenthal adds.
