Why we’re loving the ‘Drazer’, the hottest, celeb-approved trend this season
Sharp, tailored blazers have acquired the status of being a staple in every wardrobe. The versatility of this outfit shines through whether you embrace casual as your signature or have a leaning towards more formal silhouettes or blazers. If the ’80s were all about slouchy blazers exuding a relaxed vibe, the ’90s came to define more snug blazers; tuxedos jackets too became a coveted hero piece. The latest rendition of this classic silhouette can be worn as a dress. Imagine what a prototype between dress and a formal blazer would look like? Suffice to say that the drazer trend has invaded the trend wheel already and is a refreshingly chic addition to every wardrobe.

Following the trend is a whole bracket of celebs. Kylie Jenner’s, Tom Ford belted blazer dress she wore at the VMA’s in 2018 stands out as a strong reference point.
Kendall Jenner was also seen in a blazer dress by Blazé Milano paired with black leather gloves at the same event. Priyanka Chopra embraced the drazer trend in a white piece by Reformation and a bronze Versace number. Among all this Rihanna‘s 2014 British Fashion Awards Stella McCartney look stands out, of course followed by her appearance in a white Fenty drazer. Want to ditch the usual pieces for a night out?
