Adidas Originals will soon be releasing new updates of its iconic ’90s designs the OZWEEGO and LXCON. The sports brand has looked back into its archives for both of the upcoming releases, combining vintage design details with contemporary elements. The new Adidas sneakers OZWEEGO takes its cues from the 1998 OZWEEGO 3, a lightweight and comfortable cushioned running-style sneaker. The silhouette has been updated with futuristic details, including a distinctive eye stay panel, defined midsole lines, and a translucent support tube.
For the LXCON silhouette, the second of the new Adidas sneakers, has combined the shoe’s now-iconic design with a unique lacing system and knitted upper for a modern interpretation on the classic ’90s sneaker. Both styles also feature the brand’s signature adiPRENE technology for maximum comfort. The OZWEEGO and LXCON silhouettes will be available globally on August 8, 2019. The range is priced at Rs 10,999.
