Our brands

Being artists and craftsmen in their own trade, celebrities across genres have cherished the fine art of watchmaking and its finest novelties over the decades. While some might think of these timepieces as investments, flexes or just style, we consider them as true pieces of artistic horology. From Jay-Z’s multi-million dollar Patek Philippe to Pharrell William’s Richard Mille that’s been named after him, we’ve got all the bases covered. Here are 2019’s finest celebrity watches and collaborations.

Jay-Z’s Patek Philippe 6300G Grandmaster Chime

Starting off with the most recent headliner in horology, Jay-Z’s $3.2 million Patek he wore at P. Diddy’s grand 50th birthday dinner. The infamous AUD Patek Philippe 6300G Grandmaster Chime comes with more than 20 complications out of which 5 are chiming modes. Only two of these watches exist so far and the movement on this timepiece made a world premier. As far as celebrity watches go, we’ve seen a noticeable taste for extravagant but Jay-Z has a taste for anonymity.

There are a few names in Indian cricket community that can be written with true love for watchmaking. Just like ex-skipper, M.S Dhoni, Hardik Pandya also cherishes and boasts some serious horological products. His latest, is one of the world’s most sought after timepieces, the delectable Patek Philippe Nautilus Perpetual Calendar. Being an all-rounder on pitch, he has an all-round taste for extravagance otherwise too. The Mumbai Indian’s star introduced us to his 105,000CHF Patek Philippe back in November.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s exquisite Breguet Double Tourbillon

The Jeventus Hunter recently purchased a million dollar McLaren Senna, a super-sport beauty. There’s also news of him owning the world’s most expensive car, the Bugatti La Voiture Noire. Clearly the man has a taste for the extravagant and his latest horological obsession is this iced-out Breguet. Measuring a whopping 50mm in diameter, the platinum case is adorned with 417 diamonds. Yep, you read that right, 417 individual flawless diamonds cover the bezel, case, crown and dial. All of this racks up a hefty $800,000 price-tag, yet no biggie for CR7.

Drake’s bedazzling Patek Philippe 5719/10G Nautilus

We’ve noticed an audacious obsession with diamonds, especially in the Hip-Hop genre. Kingpin of the trade, Drake, copped himself one of the most iced-out celebrity watches we’ve come across. Priced at an eye-watering £343,000, the Patek Philippe 5719/10G Nautilus boasts 255 diamonds on the dial, 3 baguette diamonds for hour indexes, 100 diamonds on the case, 32 baguette diamonds on the bezel, 803 diamonds on the bracelet and 150 baguette diamonds on the bracelet links. That amounts to 1,343 diamonds with a total weight of just under 19 carats.

Adjacent to that, is a triple-axis grand tourbillon, another grand novelty in watchmaking.

Pharrell Williams’ Cosmic Richard Mille

Pharrell has been a long time admirer and wearer of Richard Mille’s extravagant creations. When offered the chance to collaborate, he took inspiration from a particular childhood memory, the Star Trek saga. Being one of the coolest celebrity watches and collaborations of the past year, the dial is an absolute standout. A distant and beautiful reflection of Earth as seen from Mars trapped in the helmet of an astronaut. This took precision engraving, enamelling and painting while using some of the finest materials in modern watchmaking today. More over, the baseplate of the movement and the timepiece’s case is crafted out of 90% grade 5 titanium. In terms of price, the RM 52-05 is estimated at about $969,000 and limited to just 30 pieces.
