India ranks 8th on the list of most desired countries to relocate in the world
Planning to relocate to a new country? This list may come in handy. According to a new study done by Comparethemarket Australia, India ranks 8th on the list of the world’s most desired countries to relocate to. Here are the top ten countries.

Australia-based price comparison website Comparethemarket.com.au has conducted a study on the most desired countries to relocate to. For this, they analysed Google search data for each country around the world for search terms related to relocating. The website analysed each country around the world on their annual search volume for terms such as ‘relocating to [country]’ and ‘moving to [country]’ to reveal the world’s most desirable countries to relocate to.

The study has placed India at the 8th spot of the most desired countries to relocate to. India was preferred as a relocation destination by residents of seven countries. These include Bangladesh, Bhutan, Finland, Ivory Coast, Libya, Niger, and United Arab Emirates. With an average age of 29, India is one of the youngest countries in the world and also one of the fastest-growing economies. Thanks to a robust start-up ecosystem and a giant IT sector, there’s no dearth of good employment opportunities in India. India’s talented and ambitious workforce will propel further economic growth.

While the top spot has been taken by Canada, the least desired countries include Nigeria, Germany, Sweden, Bulgaria, Italy, and Myanmar, among others. Here’s the full list.
