Influencer and Instagramer Hanna Khan’s wedding and her custom Elie Saab outfit, entire bridal looks and her stunning wedding in Jaipur
Hanna Khan is a well-known blogger and influencer whose luxe choices and fashionable outfits rule the internet. And this year, she’s also India’s first bride to wear custom haute couture Elie Saab outfit at her Reception. This month, on the third, Jaipur was the city that Hanna S Khan and her longtime beau Shahrukh Merchant chose to take their vows. The two-day event took place at the historic Jai Mahal and Rambagh Palaces.

Mehendi Decor

The decor at the ceremonies was elegant and sublime. The Mehendi set-up was a laid-back event with dried flowers and breezy tents in the sun.

The Mehendi

The Haldi, Mehndi and Nikaah outfits were designed by renowned designer and sister of the bride, Ohaila Khan. Each lehenga for the family too came in citrus shades with oodles of embroideries. We love how the bride colour-blocked her lehenga with an emerald jewellery set.

The Haldi

Hanna stuck to traditional theme of wearing yellow for her Haldi and a red outfit for the mehndi that usually is considered as an offbeat colour for the mehndi.

Sangeet

The mauve Sangeet outfit was worn beautifully with the dupatta acting as a shrug. We also love Tamanna Bhatia, the bride’s friend who wore a stunning red lehenga to match the day.

The Reception

The bride’s reception gown is a one-of-a-kind Elie Saab and one look, and you can tell that everything is custom-made and personalised with beautiful handmade embroidery work. Take our word for it –  the stunning outfit weighed approximately 30kgs. After multiple ideation zoom meetings and sketches, the larger than life gown was created with Swarovski crystals. Hanna wore the dress with custom jewellery and a veil that was 8 meters long.
