Lord’s 1974 recently celebrated the opening of its new flagship store at The Gardens Mall with a party centred on the theme of “Tribute” — a nod to the brand’s heritage in creating spiffy suits with precise tailoring. The event was also held in honour of Lord’s 1974’s long time ambassadors, namely Professor Datuk Jimmy Choo, Dato’ Siti Nurhaliza, Dato’ Lee Chong Wei, Datuk Chef Wan and Amber Chia, many of whom attended the grand opening.
After the ribbon cutting ceremony, guests watched a video of Lord’s 1974 founder Robert Loh and his wife Liew Lee Lee, where they looked back on the brand’s 43 years of history. This was followed by stunning musical performances by violinist Dennis Lau, singer Arja Lee and Malaysia’s sweetheart, Dato’ Siti Nurhaliza.
