This month’s selection of establishments is a healthy mix between hotel restaurants as well as standalone names. Also on the list is one of Hartamas‘ oldest restaurants and bars, which is still going strong to this day.

Nobu Kuala Lumpur is considered to be one of the top Japanese fine dining restaurants in KL and it just got a lot better with its limited-time-only, seven-course menu. From 1st to 31st March 2020, Nobu Kuala Lumpur will be showcasing its sake & wine pairing omakase menu, pairing each course with the restaurant’s own selection of fine wines and sakes.

From now until 19th April 2020, head over to the Makan Kitchen over at DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur for some sumptuous Malaysian delights. This tantalising spread will have all your local hawker favourites with some modern twists. Kids will also have a good time with cartoon screenings and cookie decorating alongside complimentary outdoor saltwater pool access.

SOULed Out is the very embodiment of Hartamas. It’s also a favourite watering hole for many locals and expats around the neighbourhood. With St. Patrick’s Day approaching, SOULed Out will be showcasing its own way of “going green.” From now until 31st March 2020, you can now enjoy its exclusively new menu that showcases the true St. Patrick’s Day spirit via its food and drink to celebrate the world’s most loved stout — Guinness. On 21st March, be sure to check out the annual St. Patrick’s Day party at 7.00pm onwards.

Head to the 53rd floor where you can rest your tired legs at Altitude, the hotel’s lounge with killer panoramic views of the city. You can nosh down on its signature afternoon tea set that features a wide variety of sweet treats, scones, sandwiches, and more. The afternoon tea menu has just undergone a revamp this month with new additions including crispy kaffir lime cheesecake (shaped like a wonton!), mangosteen macaron, and more. Be prepared for a flavourful adventure with both local and international cuisine.

Another St. Patrick’s Day party of choice can also be at WIP at Bangsar Shopping Centre. From now until 31st March 2020, celebrate to the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day with a new and limited-time-only menu that features specially curated Guinness-infused dishes. What’s more, you can wash it all down with a fresh pint of Guinness.

In conjunction with International Women’s Month, everyone’s favourite sake bar is offering a limited edition sake and sashimi pairing set. This is in collaboration with Top Catch Fisheries, who will be supplying the fresh sashimi. In this pairint set you’ll find three glasses of craft sake –Niwano Uguisu Junmai Daiginjo 45, Kunisaki, and Dewazakura Junmai Ginjo Omachi – to be paired with the sashimi. The sashimi includes salmon, butterfish, and seabream. For an additional RM80, you will also receive a main course and a dessert sake cocktail.
