Bodyweight home workouts are the best form of exercises one can do when stuck at home. Given the current situation of things, it’s the perfect time to start working out again.
Here’s the best part: you won’t even be needing any home gym equipment for these workouts – just your own body weight will do. Its purpose is simple: it improves stability, balance, and overall strength. Of course, this requires the commitment of being able to do it regularly.
Yoga is also another form of home exercise that you can try. But if you’re looking to really build muscles and sculpt your body into that of a Greek god’s, bodyweight home workouts will help you get there. Investing in a fitness app or two to keep track of your progress isn’t such a bad idea too.
With today being only Day 1 of 14, we still have some ways to go. However, you can now pass time at home with these workouts to get yourself fit and healthy in no time. It’s also worth noting that you will have to take at least a minute’s rest between sets, of which completing 3 – 5 would be ideal.
