Braun Büffel is known for its dynamism when it comes to its leather goods, and it is further elaborated in its latest Spring/Summer 2019 collection. It continues on a bold and futuristic direction, themed ‘Retro Future Vision’. What makes this collection stand out for Braun Büffel is that it’s the first complete collection designed by Fabio Panzeri, the house’s creative director.

This comes hot off the heels of his debut collection back in April 2018, which featured Panzeri’s eccentric approach to the heritage leather brand.  The ‘Retro Future Vision’ SS19 collection is a significant turning point for Braun Büffel, which harkens back to its unrivalled level of quality and craftsmanship while keeping one eye towards the future.

In its latest collection, Braun Büffel strays away from the somewhat conventional classics and instead opts to explore futuristic designs to fit the modern lifestyle.

For the women

Braun Büffel’s women’s collection for SS19 features a mixture of metallic mash-ups, geometric patterns, and exotic prints. Its designs offer a new perspective for the 21st-century female, blending both contemporary elegances with bold, modern motifs. The women’s collection has plenty to offer to the ladies with various handbags, backpacks, and clutches.

For the men

As for its men’s collection, Braun Büffel goes for the utilitarian approach, drawing inspiration from the Stanley Kubrick cult classic ‘2001: A Space Odyssey’. The men’s range of leather goods includes backpacks, shoulder bags, and 16-hour bags to name a few. These bags are made for the men who are constantly on the go with its main colour palettes including black, silver, and galactic blue.

The Delos-R backpack, comes in dark silver and pays homage to the theme of a futuristic vision with a subtle touch of luxury.

Space Bully is made out of 100% leather cut-offs and it depicts the adventures of space cadet Bully as he goes on his mission to promote sustainability.

The Kirk line of bags are made out of neoprene fabric with textural nappa leather and retrofleX detailing, which allows it to be lightweight and an easy accessory to have no matter the occasion.

The Harrison debuts the 16-hour design with electric blue and topaz leather accents as well as multiple compartments.
