The Burberry Conservatory, which is currently crossing the globe — from Los Angeles and London to Seoul, Beijing, Chengdu, Nanjing, and Hong Kong — will be making its stop in Kuala Lumpur for a limited time only. On display will be Burberry’s latest runway tote, the Belt Bag, which was introduced at Christopher Bailey‘s last collection for the brand at the Burberry February 2018 show in London.

The most outstanding feature of the Belt Bag would naturally and most definitely be the belt design, inspired by the iconic trench coat’s belt. During the first launch, Belt Bags were released in a wide array of shades and contrasting colours — the latter made the belt stood out amongst the semi-structured silhouette of the bag. A-list celebrities such as Zendaya and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley were seen with the bag.

For this mini-exhibition, eleven exclusive, limited-edition bags in myriad tones will be set against a British-inspired conservatory. Significant features of the bag including the shape and colour palette will be embedded into the space. More specifically, there are two styles that come in solid leather and nine styles with equestrian knight embroidery that will be displayed in a range of colours, including a rainbow rendition

But it’s not only the Belt Bags that will be on exhibit — the new Burberry Pin Clutch will also be available for viewing and purchase with a choice of four limited-edition colours in equestrian knight embroidery. Visitors will have the chance to experience, touch and try the bags in person, including customising them with the interchangeable belts at this Burberry Conservatory.

The Burberry Conservatory will be at the Burberry store in The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley from 3rd to 14th of October 2018. It is a part of a series of temporary spaces dedicated to the Belt Bag, which commenced in June and will be ending in October 2018.
