We’re still adding on things to our current Fashion Obessesions’ list after all that hype from the latest fashion weeks and the passing of Karl Lagerfeld. Baselworld is also coming up pretty soon and we’re sure there will be a slew of timepieces that would surprise us in many ways.
Of course, you’ve probably heard of the entire brouhaha with the ‘Counterfeit Supreme store in Shanghai, China‘. The fashion world continues to spin and so is our list of current favourites. Read on to find out more.
Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh KL Edition Collection
This is one that you should add to your Off-White collection if you are a fan of the brand. They’ve just recently released a KL Edition Collection that is available exclusively at their flagship store in Starhill Gallery, Bukit Bintang. Printed on the garments and accessories is the store’s address — which really makes them unique and it’s also a way to show off that ‘Malaysia’ spirit. Adding on to their list of iconic industrial belts is a silver/grey edition just for this collection.
Gucci’s 3D-printed Mickey Mouse Bag
This is not the first time Gucci has collaborated with Disney. In fact, Alessandro Michele himself is a fan of the cartoon series. In collaboration with Mickey Mouse’s 90th birthday, Gucci released a 3D-printed bag of the star which debuted at their Spring/Summer 2019 runway. The bag features enamel details, with a debossed Gucci logo across the handle and it closes/opens with a magnetic closure. It’s now available for pre-order, priced at USD4,500.
Dior’s Combat Boots
Elevating the design of combat boots are these from Dior. Designed by Kim Jones, these aren’t just your average boots. Style is definitely expected, with calfskin suede desert boots and a multicolour braided shoelace. But comfort and quality are also promised with the unique hybrid sole and the welted and side-stitched construction feature.
