Swarovski’s Fall 2020 collection celebrates 125 years of craftsmanship
Swarovski celebrates its 125th anniversary this year, and its latest Fall 2020 collection is a dedication to the quality of its craftsmanship. It might have been 125 years, but the brand’s designs continue showcasing modernity and creativity, with every piece an expression of individuality. Take for example the Twist silhouette that can be found in the form of bracelets, necklaces, and rings. It has a sophisticated and elegant take on the trendy spiral design, and the 125th Anniversary Edition comes in Swarovski blue.
We also see the trendy chain-link silhouette done the Swarovski style. Named Time, the ‘All-Around Necklace’ boasts bold chain links adorned with clear Swarovski crystal pave for a rockstar look.
The Swarovski Fall 2020 collection is now available online and in stores.
Rimowa gives its icon a refresher with the Original Twist
The old adage goes: If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it. But Rimowa is taking matters into its own hands by giving its Original series of iconic aluminium suitcases a refresher. The twist? We actually love it. Named the Original Twist, the new range of suitcases blend hardwearing anodised aluminium for the case and elegant leather for the handles. While they’re at it, Rimowa is also upping the ante and giving the range coloured trims on the leather handles, sealing rubber, and lock housing. It’s available in brown, red, and blue colourways.
The Rimowa Original Twist is now available in Cabin size at Rimowa stores.
Christian Louboutin brings us on a trip to Paris with the Cabaraparis collection
If 2020 has you feeling down about travel, let Christian Louboutin try lifting your spirits with its latest Cabaraparis collection. This new signature tote bag pays tribute to the designer’s hometown of Paris, and Cabaraparis marks the first artist collaboration for the series. He engaged illustrator Hélène Tran to draw the city in her signature style, and she produced two illustrations, each embellished with strass crystals. The tote bags depict Paris by day on one side and the city by night on the other side on neoprene panels.
The Christian Louboutin Cabaraparis collection is now available in stores.
Louis Vuitton launches LV Volt, a new genderless jewellery collection
Bold, edgy, and genderless — these are the words that perfectly describe the latest LV Volt jewellery collection from Louis Vuitton. Designed by the brand’s artistic director for watches and jewellery Francesca Amfitheatrof, the initials L and V are played around with, creating illusions with graphic lines. From minimal designs to intricate mesh necklaces created with the initials, the brand’s latest collection is a delight to embellish your outfit no matter which gender you identify with.
The LV Volt collection is now available in the Louis Vuitton Starhill Gallery and online.
