As the temperature drops, the layers go on. Sometimes the five different layers of clothing are inevitable, including the thickest coat you have in your closet. Even dressing casually in the cold climate can sometimes be stressful when it comes to mixing and matching but putting on multiple layers to escape the cold and strong wind will be a more challenging one.

Staying warm is indeed the main priority but sometimes we want to look good in the gazillion photos we’ll be taking if we’re travelling abroad. That’s where we come in — so you can stay both chic and warm throughout your trip.

Layering is definitely the key here and you don’t have to be afraid of it. If the temperature drops to a negative degree or the wind becomes particularly harsher, then go put on that extra thick layer coat on. Just play with textures and print, or include faux fur if you want too so that you won’t look like you’re just piling clothes on. If you feel like you’re heading towards the latter with the all different pieces on you, think inner layers to keep you warm. Put on a loose but thick pair of pants, but wear tights underneath — basically, it’s all about dressing smart.
