Whether you want to head out to the shops or do a VR shopping experience, we’ve got you covered in this week’s fashion obsessions.

Travelling may not be on the cards at this present time, but one can always prepare for it by purchasing a brand new Rimowa luggage to show off when you can finally head to the airport. Meanwhile, brands are stepping up their game by offering a virtual reality shopping experience, which feels just as good without putting yourself at risk of Coronavirus.

But if you’re here just for fun, we’re going to let you in on our latest fashion obsessions anyway. Scroll down and see them all.

Rimowa’s iconic aluminium collection gets new colours

Sure, black and silver are the most classic colours one could get for Rimowa’s iconic original aluminium travel luggage, but what about colour? Inject some flair into your travels (and finally be able to identify your bag on the check-in carousel) with the Rimowa Original collection in two new shades: Scarlet and Marine. Marine is a gorgeous blue hue inspired by the Mediterranean sea, while bold red Scarlet is reminiscent of the Scarlet Ibis, a red bird native to the Los Llanos region.

The Rimowa Original in these two new colours will be available in three sizes: Cabin (RM4,750), Check-In L (RM6,050) and Trunk Plus (RM7,900) in selected stores.

Shop virtually with IWC’s VR boutique experience

Most retail stores may have resumed operations, but it’s understandable if you’re still sceptical about heading outside. Not to worry though, because if you have a burning desire to procure an IWC timepiece, the brand is bringing the experience to you via virtual reality. With the QR code link above, you can now experience a digital version of the boutique in Singapore’s ION Orchard. Not only can you see the timepieces in the shop, but you can also experience the story of the brand via this VR setting.

The Dior CD 1 sneaker is summer’s hottest footwear

Get some retail therapy done by copping a new pair of It sneakers — like the Dior CD1 from its men’s Summer 2020 collection. It’s already been seen on a number of celebrities including J Balvin, Eric Chou, A-Trak, and Ricky Martin. The sneaker is designed in collaboration with Daniel Arsham and features embossed soles inspired by his sculptures. The sneaker has transparent details with a contrasting ‘DIOR’ signature and tie-dye motif.
