Last week, we showed you our favourite styles from NYFW and how you could replicate them. We tried to pick some varying looks during NYFW, but we found one item that linked all three street style looks from LFW: blazers.
Similar as they are, all three blazers have a distinct style of their own. Take for example, Danish stylist Emili Sindlev’s classic checked blazer, reminiscent of what our dapper grandfathers used to wear but still relevant in today’s modern times. Then, we have fashion editor Giovanna Engelbert who wore an interestingly-shaped cape blazer from Sara Battaglia. Its structured silhouette makes it a standout piece of its own despite being a basic camel colour.
Finally, fashion blogger Julia K. effortlessly paired a millennial pink blazer with the upcoming trending shade of hot pink, while also adding in another super trend: the sock boot. We like how her Chloé Pixie bag contrasts wildly with the outfit, yet is in a classic tan colour.
Gone are the days when blazers are relegated to just being corporate wear or a power suit for the boardroom. As these ladies show, you can rock the blazer in a myriad of styles and still remain fashionable. We also love how putting on a blazer means power-dressing, so you never look slouchy. Click next and steal their styles for yourself.
