Balmain x L’oreal Paris’ collaborative Colour Riche lipstick collection has finally arrived in Singapore. It will be sold first at online retailer Zalora before the range officially hits stores in February. It’s been a long time coming since the launch announcement in April, but well worth it, we reckon.
Olivier Rousteing is the creative force behind the sleek vault of 12 comfortable lipsticks, clad in jewel-toned marble tubes. The range spans peachy nudes, a classic red, dark berry and brown tones, as well as bold statement makers like violet, army green and navy blue. The colours are represented by supermodels, each with a different skin tone. Judging from the Balmain x L’oreal Paris campaign images, this is a product that celebrates a spectrum of skin tones and styles.
Our favourites so far include the warm burnt orange named “Fever 469”, and “356 Confidence”, a peachy hue with gold glitter. “356 Confidence” is one of the two shimmery finishes in the collection, alongside the green “905 Balmain Instinct”. The rest are matte. All come fortified with camellia oil to nourish the lips, and a rich infusion of pigment for long wear.
Each lipstick is priced at S$28. Purchasing a themed bundle of four will set you back S$112, while the vault of 12 comes at a hefty S$250. Shop them here.
If you want to wait and see them for yourself in stores, the label will launch in select retailers nationwide from February 2018.
