Last week, French luxury beauty label, Clé de Peau, opened its first ever boutique in Singapore. Branching out from its boutiques found in major departmental stores here, the Clé de Peau boutique at Mandarin Gallery is an entirely novel concept.

Spanning 1,012 square feet, and decked with motifs that recall diamonds, the boutique begins with a Degustation Area, with all of Clé de Peau’s products on display for testing. Back in the Private Zone, customers will receive consultations about their skincare concerns, as well as to find out more about Clé de Peau’s ultra-premium ranges — La Crème and Synactif.

An area of the store has also been demarcated as a gift wrapping area, perfect for extra-generous skincare addicts who want to share the love.

VIP customers will also be treated to facials and massages in the cabins behind the Degustation Area. Each facial is priced at S$200, including an arm and hand massage to relieve fatigue — especially after too much shopping.

If you find yourself wandering down Orchard Road in desperate need of a midday perk-me-up, then the Clé de Peau boutique should be in your sights.
