Even with technology revolutionising spas, nothing feels more calming and rejuvenating than a traditional massage. If you’ve ever found yourself craving for a Balinese massage in the middle of the week, Four Seasons Spa, L’Occitane’s first spa in Singapore, has got you covered.
The spa hosts visiting therapists from Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts properties worldwide — such as Bali and Seychelles. These experienced therapists join the local team for six months at each time, to bring resort-style massages right to our Lion City. This way, you don’t have to get on a plane (or ferry, for that matter) to pamper yourself.

We recently stopped by the spa to try L’Occitane’s new powerful anti-aging facial treatment, the Harmonie Divine Facial ($299++/pax for a 90-minute treatment). The beauty treatment regenerates, firms and adds radiance to the skin, and incorporates Immortelle Millésimée, an essential oil from a flower that never fades, and Jania Rubens — a type of algae with regenerative powers.
The facial left us with smooth and glowing complexions, and we felt like years had been lifted off our initially tired and dull faces. Coupled with extraction, the treatment gave our skin an undeniable glow — even without makeup.

Other tempting treatments at the spa include a One-Day Wellness Package (S$199++ or S$265++, inclusive of a 60-minute or 90-minute treatment respectively), which is part of the spa’s collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Jerome Roy to offer the best of both worlds: A facial or massage treatment, along with a three-course Provençal lunch. You can then make use of the facilities and spend the rest of the day relaxing in the sauna and steam room, relax at the poolside cabanas and outdoor jacuzzi, or take a dip in the hotel’s lap pool.
The special package is available from 13 to 31 March 2017.
