Calm your COVID-19 anxiety with these mental health podcasts

So it’s the first official day of the Circuit Breaker (otherwise known affectionately as just CB) and we’ve been living under a cloud of uncertainty — of not knowing just how far this virus might spread or how long we’d have to curtail our usual activities.

If there’s ever a time to step away from negativity, this is it. Stop yourself from drowning into a black hole of bad COVID-19 news because sadly, the news won’t stop.

Limit what you read, and switch it to these podcasts for some calm. These are focused on mindfulness, meditation and dealing with anxiety and stress.
