Zouk travels back in time this Halloween with a space-themed party modelled after an abandoned laboratory from the 1960s. Zouk and Phuture will both be transformed into worlds of decaying ruin full of strange creatures and sinister sightings. Meanwhile, at Capital and Redtail, scientists will be on the hunt for new victims as the next subjects of their sinister experiments. On Friday, catch DJs Lincey and The Dinosaur serving throwbacks from the 90s. Italian DJ and producer, Giuseppe Ottaviani, will spin on Saturday, so get excited about some heart-thumping trance.
Marquee, Singapore’s largest nightclub, is holding its very first Halloween party: The Qult — where their makeshift religion is all about music and having fun. Dutch DJ Quintino will spin on October 25, so that is not to be missed if you’re a fan of house music. The evening will also celebrate best-dressed guests, giving you a chance to win up to S$14,000. Be sure to get in early as the first 100 guests to arrive before 11pm dressed in full Halloween get-up will be granted complimentary admission.
Asia’s highest dusk-to-dawn club, Bar Rouge, presents a night filled with all things creepy as it transforms into the Rouge Grossery Store for Halloween. The playlist will feature local DJs Kenneth Francis, Styluxtakut, Rattle, and Fadille, fuelling the escape of partygoers from the fabled Rouge Ripper, a roaming character that aims to steal you for his display of fresh meat. Dress up for complimentary entry, and those who go all out can stand a chance to walk away with a bottle of Grey Goose Magnum and a one-night stay at Swissotel The Stamford with breakfast for two.
If you’re up for some eerie fun with clowns, ready yourself for the Halloween Funhouse Weekender at Nineteen80. Come attired in your funkiest costumes as the best-dressed guest of the night will cryptically get both tricks and treats. Expect DJs Ollie’Des, Andrew Chow and Fadille to keep the crowd moving with old-school hits all night.
