Who would’ve thought we would one day, be able to have three-Michelin-starred food right in our very own homes?
Les Amis has entered the home dining scene with a curated menu that makes some of its iconic dishes available at your doorstep from May 20 onwards. Its cold angel hair pasta with caviar and black truffle ($95) for instance is on the menu, as is its handcrafted butter ($12) from Beillevaire that’s much loved for its remarkable creaminess.
For mains, choose between the roast chicken ($150, serves two to four) or the slow cooked milk-fed baby lamb shoulder ($130, serves two) — both of which come with seasonal vegetables.
End your meal with the desserts — the dark chocolate tart is a masterpiece where dark chocolate ganache meets the indulgence of hazelnuts, but if you’re one for a brighter note, dig in to the strawberry tart, assembled with Mara de Bois strawberries known for its luscious sweetness.
