Make this Valentine’s Day a date to remember at Three-Michelin starred Odette. Known for its chic, pink-toned interior, the French restaurant boasts a warm and elegant atmosphere. For this special occasion, Chef-Owner Julien Royer has crafted an exquisite 6-course lunch ($358++) and 8-course dinner ($498++), both of which honour the pure flavours of seasonal produce — perfect for even the most discerning of dates.

Soak in spectacular views of Singapore’s ritzy skyline this Valentine’s Day at CÉ LA VI. The restaurant’s dinner menu (S$198++) spans five indulgent courses, with highlights including the refreshing Snow Carb Salad, the Kagoshima Wagyu Beef with Uni & Caviar, and the well-seasoned Xinjiang Spiced Lamb Chop. You can’t go wrong with a glass of wine here either, as Singapore’s most senior Master Sommelier and his team have hand-picked the wine selection for this evening.

We can think of few places more charming than The Black Swan, the modern chophouse known for its stunning Art Deco setting and old-world charm. This celebratory menu (from $98) aims to reduce food waste while offering reinterpretations of classic dishes. Look forward to an appetiser of crispy pigs’ ears and mains such as fried monkfish cheeks, lambchetta, and sakura chicken roulade. Choose between chocolate almond cake and passionfruit mousse for dessert, and round out the meal with a glass of rosé wine of bubbly.

Set in an elegant 1930s-styled chapel, European restaurant The White Rabbit is arguably one of the most romantic locations in the country. Valentine’s Day diners will get to tuck into the new á la carte menu alongside a number of celebratory plates (from $108). Expect decadent dishes such as the Ōra King Salmon & Scallop Carpaccio, accompanied with Bafun uni, avocado purée and baby radish, and the Classic Lobster bisque. Elevate your dining experience with a carefully curated wine pairing for an additional $50.

This Valentines’ Day, Mitzo will offer a sumptuous five-course menu ($188++ per couple) featuring contemporary Cantonese cuisine. Highlights include the indulgent Korean-Style Cheese Baked Lobster and Wagyu Beef with Salted Egg Vermicelli. Round out the meal with the refreshing Rose Syrup Granita topped with mixed berries, and enjoy the accompanying lotus paste puff.

Dining at 665°F is nothing short but a feast for the senses. The restaurant’s polished interior is inspired by the appearance of Savile Row tailor shops and offers a brilliant view of Singapore’s twinkling skyline from the 38th floor of the Andaz Hotel. Tuck into a four-course menu starting with fresh oysters with lemon gel and avocado tartare topped with Kaluga Queen caviar, before deciding between two mains: the Grilled Phoenix Wagyu tenderloin with Jerusalem artichoke or the Signature Boston lobster thermidor.

The Valentine’s Day menu ($75++ per pax) at Summerlong is bound to charm the seafood lover in your life. Kick off the evening with oysters topped with prosecco foam and two glasses of Greek Amalia Brut Sparkling Wine. Refreshing bites such as Taramasalata with cod roe and crispy lavash, and Crab Tartare with blood orange and fresh lime. For the mains, choose between the Giouvetsi (Greek stew) with lobster bisque and smoked cheese, or the Angus Striploin. The Mediterranean restaurant is situated along Robertson Quay and promises diners an idyllic, unforgettable view of the waterfront.

Diners can expect to tuck into a five-course degustation menu (+$168++ per couple) of Chef Armando’s contemporary European dishes at Tablescape. Highlights include oysters topped with granita made from Singapore Sling and the intriguing ‘Risotto’ without rice, which consists of a housemade octopus stock enriched with celeriac puree and notes of Amalfi lemon. End the meal on a playful note with the deconstructed Tiramisu.

The five-course dinner (S$155++ per pax) from Bread Street Kitchen is sure to please the gourmet in your life. Look forward to starters such as mushroom consommé with tarragon oil and pickled enoki mushroom and fried kelly oysters will yuzu dressing. Diners can choose between two signature dishes — the famed beef filet wellington with prosciutto and the ruby snapper served with lobster dumplings– as their mains. Dessert appears in the form of seven shades of chocolate, which features numerous interpretations of the treat, accompanied with raspberry coulis and brandy crème anglaise.
