This swanky Chinese restaurant at InterContinental Singapore has designed two Father’s Day menus for lunch and dinner on 17 and 18 June. Pick from highlights such as its signature tea-smoked duck (which is prepared with five different types of tea varieties), double-
boiled chicken soup with abalone, and noodles with Boston lobster.

Raffles Grill

Nothing complements a long, lazy brunch better than a good range of tipples. With this in mind, Raffles Grill has rolled out a champagne brunch on 18 June, where guests can tuck into tasty treats such as Maine lobsters, Alaskan king crabs, US Prime Cote de Boeuf and Welsh lamb saddle. These come paired with Billecart-Salmon champagne. Dads will also be offered a selection of whisky pralines and Scotch whiskies such as the Glendronach Highland Single Malt and Bowmore 100 Degrees Proof.

Lawry’s The Prime Rib Singapore

Available for lunch and dinner from 16 to 18 June, Lawry’s Father’s Day four-course set features mouthwatering options the likes of roasted prime rib, pan-fried foie gras, and golden poulet with tomato cream gnocchi. Round these off with a dessert of chocolate lava cake with Belgian chocolate mousse and vanilla bean ice cream. Dad even gets to dine for free, with three paying family members.

The Knolls

Just for Father’s Day on 18 June, The Knolls will be transformed into a biker-themed venue filled with Harley Davidson bikes and a barber shop for dads seeking some last-minute grooming. After snapping many Instagram-worthy photos, indulge in the restaurant’s “Brunch on Route 66” brunch, which references the iconic Highway 66 in the US. The spread features barbecued meats and blue cheese burgers, which dad can wash down with an ice cold beer. Remember to turn up in your biker best.

Over at one-Michelin-starred Forest 森 at Resorts World Sentosa, chef Sam Leong has put together a tantalising five-course dinner tasting menu of scrumptious Chinese dishes such as deep fried Boston lobster, pan-seared foie gras, and double-boiled American ginseng black chicken soup. The feast is available on 18 June.

The Summerhouse

In celebration of dad’s special day, The Summerhouse has introduced an à la carte brunch menu of dishes such as charcoal-grilled Tajima wagyu beef and capsicum-glazed prawns. Make this an extra decadent affair by pairing it with a free flow of prosecco, house wines and Moët Ice Imperial champagne. The restaurant also offers four- and eight-course set dinners featuring wagyu beef cured in Auchentoshan whisky, and 72-hours sous vide Iberico pork. These are available on 17 and 18 June.

If dad’s more inclined towards Asian flavours, pamper him with the lavish dinner buffet at Edge, which showcases a range of local delights such as “Rickshaw Noodles” — a dry ban mian served with simmered pork belly and a sous vide egg, and accompanied by a pork and anchovy soup broth. Other offerings include Balinese ribs bakar, porchetta with pork crackling, fresh seafood and grilled meats. The dinner is available on 17 and 18 June.
