Potato Head and 2am:dessertbar Dessert-Cocktail Pairing Concept

There are few ways to better end the evening than with good dessert. Better yet if it comes with cocktails. For that, only two of the best in their respective fields would do, so imagine our joy when Potato Head and 2am: dessert bar launched their dessert-cocktail pairing concept. The new menu — a mix of Janice Wong’s ‘best ofs’ as well as some specially created ones — is a feast for all the senses, carefully balancing sweet, savoury, and everything in between for a night out to remember. Of the lot, the 6 Tastes Pairing stands out for its umami-ness, while the Cassis Plum Pairing is refreshingly light, perfect after a couple of the establishment’s famous burgers.
