#LSAdining: Win a pair of vouchers for Sunday brunch at Grand Hyatt’s Mezza9

Sunday brunch is the perfect occasion to bond over a selection of mouthwatering dishes. If you’re more health-conscious, a brunch is not often a good idea. But we’ve found a solution: Grand Hyatt Singapore’s Sunday Brunch at Mezza9, which features healthy options alongside indulgent yet sustainable ones, like Maine lobster, Scottish brown crab, Spencer Gulf king prawns and more.

Soak in the lively atmosphere of a Sunday Brunch and enjoy nine different dining experiences in one venue, complete with the theatrics of live cooking as chefs cook up mouth-watering dishes from six show kitchens set within the restaurant. The majority of the hotel’s organic vegetables and herbs have been sourced from cooperative growers in Cameron Highlands, or from the hotel’s own rooftop garden.

Additionally, you can enjoy hearty selections from the grill including a weekly changing selection of whole Australian Dorper lambs or German free-range pork leg, grass-fed Tomahawk steak, Kurobuta pork chops and grass-fed charolais beef entrecote baguette.
