Huawei has unveiled its latest model, the Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro Series.
The range boasts the Chinese technology conglomerate’s most advanced camera smartphones to date, rivalling professional cameras on the market. The P30 series will revolutionise smartphone photography and videography as we know it. The Huawei P30 Pro is equipped with a new Leica Quad Camera system, including a 40MP main camera with Huawei SuperSpectrum Sensor, a 20MP ultra-wide angle camera, an 8MP telephoto camera, a Huawei Time-of-Flight (TOF) Camera, and an all-important 32MP front camera for a new level of selfies.
The 1/1.7-inch Huawei SuperSpectrum Sensor enables the phone to deliver extraordinary photography and videography experiences across a wide range of scenarios and lighting conditions, while the SuperZoom Lens unlocks a new level of zoom photography in a sleek device design — supporting high fidelity magnification of up to five times optical zoom, 10 times hybrid zoom and 50 times digital zoom. Other impressive functions include a new Time of Flight (TOF) camera, and better OIS and AIS image stabilisation technology.
Huawei is known for its stunning design, having worked with leading brands such as Porsche Design. The P30 series, dreamt up by acclaimed Japanese architect Tadao Ando, who won the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 1995. The P30 Series design is inspired by nature and the use of new and novel materials. The 6.1-inch Huawei P30 and 6.47-inch Huawei P30 Pro come in classic Black and three new gradient finishes — Amber Sunrise, Breathing Crystal and Aurora, all created with a new high-yield inkjet process pioneered by the company.

Preorders are available online from Wednesday, 27 March 2019 at 12:00am through local telecommunication operators and at Huawei Official Store with Lazada. Alternatively, the Huawei P30 Series will be retailing from Saturday, 6 April 2019 at the recommended retail price of S$998 and S$1,398 respectively.
