Whether it’s a casual affair with old friends or a hearty family dinner, we’ve got you covered with these dining options:
For an interesting night out: Madame Fan
Delightful Cantonese dining meet playful spins here at Madame Fan. Acclaimed restaurateur Alan Yau’s first foray into Southeast Asia, he is set to pave the way for a new era of Chinese dining. The fine-dining establishment plays host to a progressive, etiquette-free lifestyle dining concept that delivers experiential gourmet journey for all their guests. Upon entering, customers are immediately enamoured by the restaurant’s Great Gatsby-esque decor: fitted with plush textured seating, warm lighting and layered with elegant gold details. The immersive dining experience is further enhanced by live entertainment every week, from Thursdays to Saturdays from 7.30 pm.
Expect nothing but tantalising bites at Madame Fan. The hallmark of every Chinese restaurant is a heartwarming bowl of soup, and here at Madame Fan, it means their Four Treasure Soup. It includes lavish bites of sea cucumber, fish maw, dried Hokkaido scallop and crab meat, all stuffed in an aromatic coconut. With that, one should never leave without a taste of the restaurant’s Crispy Aromatic Duck, a wok-fried delight that is served Peking duck style, complete with freshly julienned vegetables and paper-thin pancakes.
For a casual gathering: Cook and Brew
A casual gathering of old chums need not equal a regular night out. Located on the 33rd floor, Cook and Brew is a contemporary gastro-bar perfect for friendly banter. The restaurant is furnished with raw wooden flooring, chesterfield sofas and a gorgeous black marble-topped bar. Here, guests can pamper themselves with an array of local and international delights, while indulging in a carefully curated selection of craft beers, wines and cocktails.
Crowd favourites include the hearty Beef Pot Roast, spotlighted with melt-in-your-mouth USDA beef short ribs. The meat is delivered atop a creamy bed of goat cheese and mascarpone polenta, complete with a sweet, nutty bone marrow jus.
For guests who cannot seem to choose between its fine selections, Cook and Brew is also offering festive specials this season. The three-course festive menu is available daily in December (except during dinner on 24 and 31 December), and features delicious treats like their decadent Christmas Pudding. Cook and Brew’s signature two-course Surf & Turf menu will also be available for all the eager guests, available exclusively during dinner on 24 and 31 December.
