Local graffiti artist Ceno2 creates outdoor street art as a prelude to Bvlgari’s outdoor installation

Local artist Ceno2 performed live spray-painting to create a graffiti masterpiece as a lead-in to Bulgari’s outdoor installation at Ion Orchard for the holiday season. This bold project is also another step forward for the brand’s dedication towards supporting creative young talents. In his temporary display outside Ion Orchard, Ceno2 showcases his signature style, which incorporates graffiti art with fine art motifs.

The display can be seen at the outdoor atrium of ION Orchard, ION², until 3 November 2019.


Dior presents a new augmented reality filter on Instagram

The craze over Instagram filters isn’t over yet. This entertaining feature on Instagram has now advanced to a mode of shopping as Dior debuts its new Augmented Reality Filter called Check’N’Dior. Developed with The Mill, a creative content studio based in London, you can now virtually try out the brand’s accessories and beauty looks using this filter, including its reversible checkered hats and Dior Catstyle sunglasses.


MCM collaborates with Bape

A Bathing Ape, best known as Bape, injects Japanese streetwear into the DNA of the luxury brand, MCM, with their latest capsule collaboration. This collection consists of leather goods, apparel, and accessories in celebration of the music and mobility that translates street culture into statement fashion. The collection features a mix of patterns and visuals familiar to both brands, like Bape’s iconic shark decal, and MCM’s monogram.

Beams x Colony launches a pop-up in Singapore

For those who are mad for Japanese streetwear,  Colony Clothing has teamed up with fashion and lifestyle boutique retailer, Beams for a pop up. Dubbed “The Pop-Up”, this temporary boutique will debut a commemorative T-shirt by cult designer Hideki Inaba, as well as collaborations from Champion and Levis.

The Pop-Up will be available at Colony Clothing from now to 17 January 2020 and at Takashimaya Shopping Centre from now to 6 December 2019.

Rumored partnership between Adidas and Prada

The fashion world has been knee-deep in collaborations, with this being one of the most surprising crossovers — sportswear giant Adidas is venturing into the luxury world with the rumour that it will join forces with Prada. Although the rumour has yet to be confirmed, nor have visuals been launched, it is said that the brands are working on a sneaker launch dubbed the “Prada x Adidas Sailing”. According to the leak, the shoes will be available in a white and silver colourway, as well as an all-red hue, and will retail at around USD$350 (S$480).
