Burberry takes inspiration from their iconic heritage black trench coat and creates an intense and sensual perfume.
Produced by Chief Creative and Chief Executive Officer Christopher Bailey in collaboration with renowned perfumer Francis Kurkdijan, the new fragrance by the British brand brings back the smell of a London drizzle in the garden, bottling up the warm peach nectars and sun-drenched jasmine flowers, with a hint of rose.
The fragrance also captures the smells of amber patchouli, gathering the essence of a black Burberry trench coat against bare skin.
In the campaign for the perfume, British actress Lily James combines two iconic British elements — the trench coat and the rain, honouring the English-woven gabardine waterproof fabric invented by Thomas Burberry over 100 years ago.
The amber-coloured glass bottle also reflects the details of the black Burberry Heritage Trench Coat with a dark horn-finish cap that resembles its distinctive buttons and is tied off with the same gabardine material.
