Luxury fashion house Givenchy has revealed their latest sneaker collaboration with Japanese brand Onitsuka Tiger during their Men’s Spring Summer 2020 fashion show. The unveiling of this surprise collab celebrates Onitsuka Tiger’s 70th anniversary and marks its first partnership with a luxury fashion brand.
Givenchy’s artistic director, Claire Waight Keller who is also a personal fan of the classic Mexico 66 sneakers introduced a sleek reform in monochromatic style — complementing the looks from her men’s show. These two special variations of the Nippon Made Mexico 66 sneakers (available for men and women) will be up for grabs at SGD$850 from 13th June at the Givenchy Paragon boutique and online.

For a clean and smart fashion ensemble, the full white leather pair exudes a classic white sneaker vibe. The full black version meanwhile stands out for its red stripes and leather cross design.

With this combination, both brands are able to cater consumers pursuing luxury street fashion. The mixture of Onitsuka Tiger’s traditional Japanese craftsmanship and Givenchy’s refined touch makes this pair worthy of your collection.
The sneakers are available at the Givenchy Paragon boutique,
290 Orchard Road, #01-41 & 42, Singapore 238859.
