The wait is over at last, for Gucci has finally opened its doors at ION Orchard. Decorated with soft pink walls, and floors covered in marble and cement, the lovely new store’s interiors are very much in line with the elegant and contemporary aesthetic favoured by Gucci’s Creative Director Alessandro Michele.
The nearly 6,000 square feet space is furnished with industrial elements of steel display units, which provide contrast to the luxurious plush velvet armchairs and vintage rugs.
The store is also the first in South East Asia to be equipped with a DIY corner, where customers are invited to customise the Dionysus bag and Ace sneakers to their preferences. Talk about exclusivity.
Apart from offering a stylish backdrop to its products on display, the revamped store also boasts a spacious layout that allows customers to move around comfortably, take their time to browse, and try items on with ease.
Visitors can expect to choose from a wide selection of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear apparel, handbags, shoes, jewellery, and accessories. Time to go shopping.
