Sentosa has been on our headlines for all the openings of luxury properties but lest we forget, the island has long been home to Capella Singapore, a plush hotel that’s celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

The hotel, fashioned out of colonial-era bungalows built in the late 1800s is home to 112 rooms, suites, and villas. It’s best known for delivering a quiet, intimate experience thanks to the lush surrounding forest and sweeping views of the South China Sea.
This year, the resort is kicking things up a notch and offering personalised luxury packages.

Couples looking for some quality time together can book the Romantic Escape. It not only includes the bells and whistles of a staycation (breakfast for two, early check-in and late check out) but also your choice of any two of the following: a cooking class at Chef’s Table, a 60-minute couple massage at Auriga spa, a cocktail making class at Bob’s Bar or a one hour photo-taking session during your selected activity.

Families too will be in for a treat as the Family Fun Stay package includes kid-friendly versions of what the couples get as cocktails are swapped out for mocktails and the spa session will be a hair and scalp treatment.
