2020 has been a trying year, and there has never been a better time than the present to focus on one’s health and well-being.

We are witnessing the onset of a new era of consciousness and well-being. The force of evolution is always surprising, but humanity evolves in line with the challenges it faces. Without common beliefs, togetherness and collaboration, global sustainability cannot be realised. We need to recognise that we are each responsible for choosing a new direction. The alarm has rung. It is time to get up and live our truth, our nature, and our joy.

Indeed, as the adage goes, health is wealth. Since our health is the most important asset we have, it’s pertinent that we take a step back from our lives to alleviate the stress from the mind and body.

Hence, Lifestyle Asia is working alongside SANGHA Retreat, an integrated and immersive well-being sanctuary located west of Shanghai in culturally rich Suzhou, to bring our readers exclusive promotions to this wellness destination.

Each of these packages are discounted rates exclusive to readers of Lifestyle Asia, and is open to a travel window of 12-months with an option to extend subject to travel advisories from traveller’s country.
