If you thought Dubai was extravagant, then you've obviously never met its predecessor: Las Vegas. The original land of extravagance, Las Vegas was the hotspot for casinos, gambling, and all the fine things in life. The latest addition to this sparkly desert is the Empathy Suites in The Palms Casino Resort. The two-storey, 9,000 sqft suite is priced at US$100,000 per night and you have to stay in it for a minimum of two nights. What makes this suite a standout is thanks to British artist Damien Hirst's midas touch in the entire suite.
