The latest star to join the club is Grace Coddington — legendary stylist, model and former creative director of American Vogue.
Coddington’s rich and detailed aesthetic has had an immeasurable impact on the various publications and fashion brands she’s worked with over her illustrious career. To this day, after more than 60 years in the business, Coddington’s vision still remains at the very core of the fashion industry. Now, the style icon has applied her idiosyncratic eye to a capsule collection of leather goods, accessories, shoes and ready-to-wear items, designed alongside Louis Vuitton creative director Nicolas Ghesquière and directly inspired by her legendary love of cats.
As a self-professed cat lover and renowned cat illustrator, Coddington’s depictions decorating the adorable “Catogram” collection are based off of her dear Persian cats, Pumpkin and Blanket, as well as Ghesquière’s dog, Léon. The playful collection debuted at the Maison’s Cruise 2019 French Riviera show, and will be available on sale in Hong Kong starting this week.
