Available through 30 September, dishes include lychee-wood fried crispy chicken, pan-fried lobster with green pepper and Chinese wine, Iberico pork with pineapple and raisins in a red wine sauce, and tofu pudding and black sesame soup for dessert.
As Mid-Autumn Festival is just around the corner, W Hong Kong is well aware of all the lethargy-inducing indulgences this mooncake season. A strong believer in the mantra of “Detox. Retox. Repeat.”, W has come up with a quirky design to offset the calorific morsels: with eight moreish golden custard mooncakes wrapped in a dumbbell-shaped box (HK$800).
